• The Village consists of bachelor, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages - many with ''exclusive use'' gardens. 

• Others are located on upper terraces accessed via gentle ramps.

• Some cottages have enclosed patios.

• All cottages are privately owned under full Sectional Title.

• There are no Show Cottages as each one is privately owned and occupied.

• Between 8 and 10 cottages of various sizes and location may come onto the market in a 12 month period.

• Garages are not included in the Title Deeds, and are considered “exclusive use areas”.

• A levy of approximately R 200.00 per garage is applied monthly.

• A fee of R 200.00 for 2 x meal vouchers is levied monthly.
